Hua Hin Night Market has everything you could ask for in such a shopping venue, with food and drinks, including cocktails or beer, available to shoppers. The street, Petchkasem Road, turns into the night market at 6:00 pm, but the action doesn’t truly get moving until about 7:00 pm.
