One of the great things about SZ is there are numerous mountains to hike. So if sometimes, like me you just need to clear away the cobwebs then a hike is an easy option. The one I most frequently use is Nanshan mountain, because its easy to get to and not very challenging.
Can get up and down in around 90 mins and can start and end in different locations too. This week I did it twice in 3 days on thusday then again saturday. Can do other things on the day too so you can get the exercise in, and not lose a whole day.
The views are normally good but bad air pollution last few days killed the views (and probably my lungs) but these little hikes save my sanity in what can be a maddening place.
