Hard Rock is an internationally known brand across the world, and there is actually one in SZ. With only 4 being in mainland China (at time of writing this) its pretty cool that Shenzhen has one.

Getting here was a nightmare before as it is in Guanlan district, which is a large undeveloped region in SZ and in the middle of nowhere pretty much. But with the line 4 metro extension now it is easier than ever to get there, although still a bit of a mission
This is a quick write up of the Hard Rock Cafe only and not the hotel. There is live music on Thursday/Friday and Saturday, and it runs from 7-11pm. The band is excellent and covers all the rock classics you would expect.
The food is ok. USA classics and they taste pretty good. The buffalo wings are a winner and the burger was pretty good. The desserts are huge and taste good.
The real downside is the 15% service charge on every item. It is sad to see this coming into SZ and for me it is not a welcome addition. Especially as the service was no better than I get at many other establishments. But overall I had a great time here and would definatley recommend it to anyone.
