One of the great aspects of these small Hungarian towns are the green ways that link them together. Originally designed for bicycles, it’s perfectly normal to walk along them too.
On these walks you’ll see rural life at it’s best. Large swathes of countryside, farmland, crops and greenery. Beautiful trees changing colour depending on the season. One of the standouts for me were the quaint houses, a very European vibe.

Walking over a real train track added a nice little twist too. If you get tired along the way you can get a bus or a train back to the start point.
