Shenzhen has many museums and art galleries. Some big, some small, and all worth checking out.
Most of these places have ‘permanent exhibitions’ and then they have changing temporary exhibitions which change on a different time basis. Some after weeks some after months.

Guanshanyue Art Museum has the 2nd floor dedicated to Guanshanyue who was a famous Chinese artist.
The 1st floor usually has changing special exhibitions, some good some not so. But they are free so worth checking out.
