Shenzhen Eat Foody Meetups returned with a bang for a Friday night pizza and beer meetup at Taps & Co. Conveniently located at the luxurious One Avenue mall in Futian this was a more relaxed, casual meetup, with lots of familiar faces returning and sharing a good laugh over a beer (or several).
The food was good, possibly on the small side in terms of portions but still enjoyable. The pizza was a real winner, and this remains a great value option should you want it in the future. Of course the beer was the star of the show, with a good strong selection to choose from, and with a happy hour all night price, it’s safe to say a lot of alcohol was consumed. A mention also for the G&T which was a delicious surprise.

The sharing aspect really worked well in this environment as it allowed everyone to mingle and to get to know each other. A big thank you to all who came, new faces and old ones, we really appreciate the support.
Thanks also to Taps & Co for the good service, friendly hospitality and good food. It wasn’t a perfect night but I think they did a good job.
